EraDOCator-60 Training & Implementation Guide
A practical operational guide for dilution, dispensing, concentration checks, label-aware disinfection workflow, and consistent execution across shifts.
This page supports staff training. It is not a substitute for the current EPA-registered product label or SDS. The current English EPA label and SDS control product claims, use directions, concentration, contact time, PPE, first aid, storage, handling, and other safety requirements. Training should make the workflow easier to execute without minimizing the hazards of concentrated chemistry.
Simple workflow. Current label. Consistent execution.
Operational training for high-turnover facilities, with a clear separation between frontline workflow and the regulatory documents that govern product use.
EraDOCate relies on closed-loop dilution, label-based concentrations, PPE, training and verification to manage exposure appropriately. Concentrate handling, spill response, first aid, ventilation where applicable, storage, surface compatibility, and all other chemical-safety requirements should follow the current SDS, EPA label, equipment instructions, and facility policy.
Healthcare Implementation & Review Resources
Healthcare organizations evaluate environmental cleaning programs through established Infection Prevention, Environmental Services, Safety, Quality, and Procurement processes. EraDOCate supports facility review through documentation, training, standardized workflows, verification resources, and label-based EPA documentation.
Environment of Care Resources
Joint Commission Environment of Care resources provide additional reference material related to healthcare environment safety processes. The Joint Commission evaluates healthcare organizations through accreditation standards and processes. Disinfection products are neither approved nor disapproved by The Joint Commission.
Infection Prevention and Control Resources
Joint Commission Infection Prevention and Control resources provide additional reference material related to healthcare infection prevention processes.
Hospital Review Pathway
EraDOCate is designed to fit within the multidisciplinary review process hospitals use when evaluating environmental disinfection programs. Product selection remains the responsibility of each healthcare organization based on its policies, procedures, training, competency validation, and implementation requirements.
Infection Prevention
Review organism claims, contact times, concentrations, environmental cleaning workflow, and patient-care area requirements.
Environmental Services
Review dilution, training, workflow integration, competency, room turnover, and daily execution.
Safety & Quality
Review SDS information, PPE requirements, policies, documentation, and implementation monitoring.
Procurement & Administration
Review documentation, standardization opportunities, operational fit, and value analysis considerations.
EraDOCator-60 Product & Label Quick Reference

Training Consistency Across Shifts, Roles, and Languages
This guide supports one of the biggest challenges in facility cleaning: consistent staff training across busy shifts, different job roles, and multilingual teams.
EraDOCate helps turn current product directions into repeatable staff behavior.
Training should reinforce dilution, testing, application, labeled contact time, PPE, no-mixing rules, verification, and escalation when staff have a question. The current label and SDS remain the controlling documents.
Operational translations can support onboarding and refreshers while the current English EPA label and SDS remain the controlling documents.
Photos and step-by-step instructions support correct station use, bottle filling, mop-bucket filling, and test-strip checks.
Teams need clear reminders to leave surfaces wet for the labeled contact time and follow organism-specific directions.
Short, visual steps help managers onboard new staff and refresh existing teams without making the protocol harder.
Clear instructions reduce guessing around concentrated product, chemical mixing, PPE, application, and routine workflow.
PPM checks, training records, supervisor review, and consistent instructions help leaders see whether the operating process is being followed.
Clean Slate ATP Process Check
Use this demonstration to show ATP-based cleaning-process measurement on a hard, non-porous surface before and after an EraDOCator-60 workflow.
ATP measures organic material and cleaning-process performance. It does not measure disinfectant efficacy or prove organism kill. Apply EraDOCator-60 according to the current EPA label and use ATP only as a process-improvement metric.
Clean Slate demonstration: ATP baseline, label-directed EraDOCator-60 workflow, and ATP re-test. ATP is a cleaning-process metric, not an EPA efficacy test.
What Teams Need to Know
Summarized main training themes for the guide.
