Cleaner chemistry does not mean hazard-free chemistry.

EraDOCate relies on closed-loop dilution, label-based concentrations, PPE, training and verification to manage exposure appropriately. Concentrate handling, spill response, first aid, ventilation where applicable, storage, surface compatibility, and all other chemical-safety requirements should follow the current SDS, EPA label, equipment instructions, and facility policy.

3-minute exceptions

Streptococcus pneumoniae and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE) use a 3-minute wet contact time at the standard healthcare use solution.

Enhanced 4-minute protocol

For C. difficile, C. auris, and Poliovirus Type 1: 2,000 ppm PAA, with the surface visibly wet for the full 4 minutes. Use current EraDOCate dilution guidance for achieving the 2,000 ppm PAA target while revised EPA concentration documentation is pending.

Surface and equipment compatibility: confirm the current label and the equipment or surface manufacturer's instructions before use. Do not assume compatibility with every medical device, coating, electronic surface, textile, or specialty material. Food-contact, animal-care, and other labeled uses may have different rinse or finish directions.
Pre-clean visibly soiled surfaces as directed by the label. Contact time and concentration are claim-specific. Do not apply the 1-minute, 3-minute, or 4-minute workflow to a different use or organism unless the current label supports it.

Know Your Contact Time

Staff should not memorize one dwell time for every situation. Confirm the target organism and labeled use before application, then keep the surface visibly wet for the full required contact time.

Three contact-time pathways for the healthcare hard-surface workflow.

The standard healthcare use solution is 0.85 fl oz per gallon, approximately 1,135 ppm PAA. The enhanced C. difficile, C. auris, and Poliovirus Type 1 protocol uses 2,000 ppm PAA with a 4-minute wet contact time. Use current EraDOCate dilution guidance for the enhanced concentration while revised EPA concentration documentation is pending.

Clostridioides difficile ATCC 43598, Candida auris CDC AR-0385, and Poliovirus Type 1 ATCC 1562.

Use 2,000 ppm PAA and keep the surface visibly wet for the full 4 minutes. Follow current EraDOCate dilution guidance for achieving the 2,000 ppm PAA target while revised EPA concentration documentation is pending.

Training rule: organism, use, dilution, concentration, surface, and contact time stay linked. Do not use the 1-minute workflow for an organism that the label places in the 3-minute or 4-minute protocol. Outbreak strain relevance does not expand the EPA label.

Clean Slate ATP Process Check

Use this demonstration to show ATP-based cleaning-process measurement on a hard, non-porous surface before and after an EraDOCator-60 workflow.

ATP measures organic material and cleaning-process performance. It does not measure disinfectant efficacy or prove organism kill. Apply EraDOCator-60 according to the current EPA label and use ATP only as a process-improvement metric.

Six-Step Dilution Station Workflow

Use this as a short operational flow for bottle fill, mop-bucket fill, and 1-gallon container fill. These are equipment and preparation steps only; they do not create efficacy claims or replace label directions. Product identity, concentration, use, PPE, contact time, rinse/finish directions, and safety requirements come from the current label and SDS.

Check water pressure

Confirm the pressure gauge maintains at least 40 PSI for smooth dilution station function.

Examine the feed line and confirm that concentrate is visible.

Prepare container

Place the spray bottle, mop bucket, or 1-gallon container below the dispensing hose.

Dispense product

Use Bottle Fill or High Flow based on the container and hold the correct button.

Release the button once the desired amount of diluted product has dispensed.

Verify use-solution concentration

Dip the designated test strip for 5 seconds, remove it, and compare the pad with the color chart to check the use-solution concentration.

Training reminder: the dilution station and test-strip workflow support preparation of the intended use solution. Before application, confirm the product, target organism/use, required concentration, and labeled wet contact time. Do not use a single dwell time for every organism.

  • Pre-clean visibly soiled hard, non-porous surfaces as directed by the label. Never mix EraDOCate with another chemical.

توزيع المنتج المخفف ابحث عن الزر المناسب على نظام التخفيف (تعبئة الزجاجات أو التدفق العالي – لدلاء المسح والحاويات بسعة 1 جالون). اضغط على الزر المناسب واستمر في الضغط لبدء توزيع المنتج المخفف.

حرر الزر بعد توزيع الكمية المطلوبة من المنتج المخفف، حرر الزر لإيقاف التدفق.

تحقق من تركيز محلول الاستخدام

استخدم شريط الاختبار المحدد للتحقق من تركيز المحلول المخفف. اغمر الشريط في المحلول لمدة 5 ثوانٍ، ثم أخرجه وقارن منطقة الاختبار بجدول الألوان، وأكد القراءة وفقًا لإجراءات المنشأة.
